This quantity is enough for one week. Two weeks’ dosage is recommended. The tea is boiled for twenty minutes with a few slices of fresh ginger. At the very end, two peppermint teabags are briefly boiled in the mixture and allowed to draw. (On preparation, see Appendix.)
Usually the tea helps within one cycle. It can be taken again during the second cycle. If there’s no improvement, the empress should seek professional help.
